The SCGA 1960-43B,40B is a model in a series of amplifiers designed to achieve exceptionally low ACPR levels and optimum power efficiency while meeting other demanding performance specifications. Its 100% GaAsFet power amplifier utilizes a 12 Volt power input that allows the amplifier to operate in applications where single batteries are required. The amplifiers are available in gains ranging from 40 dB to 50 dB as per customer specifications. The CDMA average power levels are conservatively measured with extra room to compensate for losses due to external diplexers. The amplifiers are available for applications in the 1.8-2.0 GHz band regardless of the standard or modulation (CDMA, GSM, etc.).

AmerAmp’s manufacturing facility includes automated CNC machining centers, a full in-house chemical line, automated fine pitch SMT Pick and Place lines (10,000 cph), and a Burn-In Environmental Chamber. AmerAmp also has fully equipped R&D and Quality Control labs and state-of-the-art precision testing capability, including computerized microwave simulators, to assure consistency and reliability
